چکیده

Abstract The article provides data based on a four-year study of five cultivation technologies different intensity, including organic. On the example seven crops fodder crop rotation, effectiveness controlling phytosanitary indicators - number and mass weeds, spread diseases insect pests, which are an obstacle to widespread use ecological technologies, was studied. results research made it possible recommend perennial grasses up 3 years for inclusion in rotations order improve condition crops, corn obtain high rotation productivity. For forage organic technology is fully justified, as contributed reduction abundance minimized prevalence annual grasses, corn, reduced pests; provided increase productivity compared extensive technology.

Impact of Cultivation Technology On Yield and Fodder Value of Winter Triticale Grain

In 2008-2010 grain yield and fodder value of winter triticale cv. Kitaro were assessed. The level of plant protection covered three technologies with various production intensity. Grain yield of winter triticale cultivated on the higher agro technical level was 7,56 t/ha and was respectively almost 36% higher than the yield obtained from standard technology. The intensity of plant protection ag...

Wireworm Control using Fodder Rape and Mustard – evaluating the use of brassica green manures for the control of wireworm (Agriotes spp.) in organic crops

Wireworms are a soil-inhabiting crop pest. Larvae attack many crops, particularly potatoes, and even low populations can cause an economic level of damage. In the UK, high wireworm populations are traditionally associated with long-term grass leys (Parker and Howard, 2001). In the case of organic production, potato crops frequently follow a long-term fertility-building grass ley. Organically gr...
